Teenage girls between the ages of 13-17 living or attending school in Missouri and young women between the ages of 18 and 27 residing, working fulltime, or attending school fulltime in Missouri are encouraged to compete for scholarships, awards, and prizes in the 2011 Miss Black Missouri USA and Miss Black Missouri USA Talented Teen Scholarship Pageants to be held in downtown St. Louis October 22-24 at the Drury Plaza Hotel at the Arch.
